My teams and I drove consumer, enterprise and sector-level transformations that enhanced experiences for visitors and residents alike. We launched integrated campaigns for tourism, economic development efforts, quality of life initiatives and helped NYC reclaimed #1 U.S. city destination for the first time in 20 years.
